KCDC Kudlu Plant Protest Photograph 15 Mar 2017
In March 2017, various Residents' Welfare Associations of the HSR Layout, Bengaluru, staged a protest in the Karnataka Compost Development Corporation (KCDC) compost plant premises in Kudlu. They came for a grievance redressal meeting but officials failed to turn up or inform the residents that the meeting stands cancelled.
